Yes I am Zack (hansons hopeful). im posting on my labtob and can't remember my password lol. Anyway, I decided to make my own training log on here I'm a jr in HS right now. My dream of course is to one day join the Hansons ODP. I will be updating this log weekly til I meet that goal.
week 9/10 - 9/16/2018
monday am: 4 miles @ 8:30 pace
pm: 1.5 miles warm up 16 x 400 @ 80 sec with 80 sec rest 1.5 mile cool down
tuesday am: 4 miles @ 8:24 pace
pm: 10 miles @ 7:45 pace
wensday: 7.56 miles @ 7:30 pace
thursday: 1.5 miles warm up, 12 minutes @ tempo pace, 3 minutes easy, 5 minutes @ cruise, 3 min easy, 3 min race pace,
2 min easy, 2 min race pace, 2 min easy, 1 min race pace, 2 min easy, 1.5 miles cool down. Like 7.5 miles total
friday: 4.5 miles @ 8:10 pace
saturday: 12.6 miles starting @ 8:20 pace moving down to 6:15 pace
sunday: 6 miles @ 7:28 pace
total mileage: about 61 miles.
I have a 5k race this weekend and I'm hoping to run 17:25 - 17:40. I wish you all good luck!
