I'm in need of some hill workouts to include in my marathon training cycle. I'm currently at about 60~ mpw and trying to run sub-2:40. Any hill workout recommendations?

Yes, run up them often. (and down)
Short hill sprints after tempo runs and LT-intervals.
Are you running a hilly Marathon? If not you shouldn't be doing hills. ESPECIFICITY is KEY
Hills are specific strength training for runners, they will benefit you in any running race. If what you say is true, why do sprinters run hills?
I agree.
I did two marathon cycles almost exactly a year apart, on very similar mileage, with the only difference being that in the second year I was also preparing for a hill race. So I started doing mid-week hill sessions (not reps, just running 7-10 miles up and down over hills) for this race which was a few weeks after the marathon.
Took 10 mins off my marathon time! Recommend getting into hills for anyone serious about improving their marathon time.

Do you think hill training is of no benefit for track racing? If so, please explain why.
Short hill sprints. ~10 seconds, are always good to incorporate. Perhaps just in place of striders one day a week.
I always like staying in touch with doing a conventional hill workout.
