Hi, my team and I were doing hill repeats today when I felt a sudden blister develop under my pinky toe. I check my toe after the 5th one and see that my pinky toe is just shredded; the whole toe is bleeding constantly. It's been a couple hours now and I have controlled the bleeding and the pain is manageable now. I only managed to do 5 out of the 8 hill workouts we did, should I just finish them up later at a hill nearby my house or just rest it out and wait for tomorrow.
