I have a half coming up in 4.5 weeks and am targeting ~1:09. I’m planning on running 5-6xmile at 10k pace for tomorrow’s workout. How much rest should I target? I was thinking 2-2:30 between intervals. I’m a low to mid mileage guy doing two workouts per week (4x2miles at HMP plannedfor this Sunday), so I want to make sure I’m giving myself sufficient and fair rest.Thanks.
