18 miles with 15 at MP. It sounds a bit much, but it's on my schedule.... I did 10 easy + 10 at MP last weekend fwiw.

Way too much.
Based on some old threads, I did 2 x 5 at MP 2 weeks out. I agree that 15 at MP sounds way too intense this close to the race. That's more like what I did 4 weeks out.

That sounds like a better idea. I'm still feeling the last 20 a little bit (2 days later) so I'm really trying to taper properly.
