During long repetion workouts such as mile repeats, 1k repeats, etc what do you think of doing a light 40-50 meter stride to shake out the legs during one of the sets toward the end?
So say I’m doing 5x1 mile repeats with 4 min recovery, during the recovery of the third one, let’s say I feel really tight and fatigued, would it be beneficial to do said 40-50 meter strideout?
