I’d get to 3200, not the full 2 miles.
I’d get to 3200, not the full 2 miles.
Right now I would be happy to make it 400m....
lol I'd only make it 800 meters (2:19) but my 2 mile is 10:35
yeah I could prolly run faster at 800 if I tried
In my prime? Not too long after the 5K mark. Maybe 5400-5500m and I'd be history.
Now? I don't know. Somewhere between 200m and 300m
Same.
I’m a fit guy. Run 5k in 20 minuets, not ashamed to say that I can’t run 400m in that pace. 300m I can.
They don't measure distances that short.
13:55 the 5K is median PR for letsrun contributors so 5 miles in trainers on a wet cross country course. Of course!
10 kilometres in trainers.
At my peak, one mile then would fade to 5:xx in mile 2, be blown by mile 3 if trying to catch/keep up
Today. prolly 200 m
I would probably be able to hold about 300 m
I'm impressed by the honesty here - I expected more posts along the lines of "Oh yeah, I think it would start getting tough around the halfway mark" lol.
In my prime, about 10k.
Right now, around 60 m.
In my prime, probably 3 miles. Right now maybe 1500m
In my best shape last spring, probably a little over 1500/1600. Right now, maybe 1000-1200.
I'm still in my base phase so I'd probably hold it until I start cramping up around the 20 mile mark.
About 25K...

Most people would drop off between 1 and 3 miles I reckon. Very few could make it to 10k.
somewhere between 45km and 50km
