Are any guys actually good at communicating with their wives? I've been married for three years and it feels like I have no idea what I'm doing.
I go about my day, tell her the things I think are important, and sometimes make decisions about smaller things on my own. If I were to tell her everything that crossed my mind, I'd probably break my phone from typing so much, better yet get any work done. Or sitting at dinner and saying "I talked to my dad today. He didn't have much to say. It was a 30 second conversation" seems rather pointless. Right? Or Wrong?
I just assumed most guys are bad at communicating. It's as if every guy she dated previous to me was on The Bachelorette, or Ryan Gosling. Will this change over time as I improve and she gives up/in a little more, or am I just totally out of my league here? Discuss.
