I'm not the seller but saw these early 2000s Nike Zoom Ventulus mentioned in another post and figured they deserved their own thread... Loved racing in these. Also curious - what is the equivalent spike today?

Equivalent spike today is probably the matumbo for distance and the mamba for steeple.
Is the Matumbo suitable for the 800? How stiff is the bottom plate?

I loved racing in these, too! Great for anything from the 1500 to the 10,000. They even worked for cross-country and trail races. I had the originals that I eventually threw out, but I still have a pair of the Ventulus Plus, which came out a few years later. Amazing shoes!

Those were solid, though I never ran a 400 in them as the plate was too flexy for my liking
Quite the range on the Jasari's as well, I recall.

I see that this auction ends today. Anyone know if these fit similar to the Jasari's? I wear size 12.
2 hours left ya'll!
