When ever I run on the street early morning, when I do intervals or any hard session, between the intervals when I rest and catching my breath, all kinds of people that don’t run and don’t have a clue about running ask me if I’m ok and if I need help when they see me catching my breath after an interval or at the end of a fast run, or even when I’m stretching on the ground they think something is wrong. Even when I do sprints on the street, even guys that jog ask me if everything is ok, as though the only “ok” way to run is a slow jog while talking nonstop to a running partner.
Sick of that
