I'm a newbie hobbyjogger cruising along at 8min/KM. Best half marathon time is 2 hours 40 minutes.
Since im so slow, i find it hard to increase my mileage to more than 50km/week. Unless i run longer duration.
Is it ok to do 2 hour long runs more often than just once per week? im thinking doing 2 hour runs almost daily. In 2 hours i can only comfortably cover 15km. lol
