I'm getting fat and slow, and I need to take breaks. But I still have that running urge in me. Sometimes I'll do hill sprints. And then when I'm really tired, I'll just keep going. But after that I have to take a 2 minute walk break.
I'm pretty certain that if I don't have earphones on, I won't look like a "hobby jogger" to the crowd. It won't look like I'm exercising if I don't have music with me.
If I didn't have earphones on me, I'd just be a guy walking in my suburban town in split shorts.
