I think it's against CIF rules to compete in no uniform at all too. So take your pick.
Was your link supposed to take us to a picture of a hs athlete running in his hs uniform? I'll meet you halfway and assume that was your intention.
Its a violation to run for your school in a non sanctioned (it, not CIF) meet. It is not a violation for a kid to sign himself up for a meet and run in a singlet that happens to be the one he was supposed to turn back in last year, but never got around to.

No the intent was to show you the results which showed full HS teams competing outside the allowable time to have meets. It’s clearly a violation but no one cares since it’s terrible teams doing it.
I cannot really tell what is going on from the results page.
Did the high schools compete as a school or did they create a club?
Can any 4 people sign up and give themselves a team name?
Is there any evidence the coaches forced them to run in this race?

That's great. About 12 years ago I was at Footlocker talking about this with the race director and officials. We had girls from two neighboring schools and they said they could wear each other's uniforms but not their own- just to show the stupidity of that rule.
Looks like 12 from Lodi High, 4 from Franklin, 4 from Lincoln, 12 from St. Marys just on boys side.
Girls just 4 from Lodi and 4 from Franklin.

Why do you care?
This isone of the many reasons why people don't give a crap about T&F. Stupid rules. How about we focus on eliminating cheating in the sport instead of superfluous garbage?
Why do you need an answer ? Are you going to rat them out. What does it matter. Hope your not one of those jerks .
