I really enjoyed watching this BYU Cross Country workout. Eyestone is a great coach, and he should have a really good team again.

BYU should have a good team again, but this was from last year.
I see. It was just posted two days ago, but that makes sense because Casey Clinger is in it.
Why do they train half naked ?
They don't need to impress girls or get a tan since they can't have s*x anyway. I don't get it.
Huge team. Does this workout include the walk-on hopefuls? If so, it seems nice of Ed to acknowledge them for 1/4 of the workout.
On another note, I've never seem so many shirtless gingers getting sun burnt. Hopefully they had sunscreen on.
I never did a single strength workout like this in high school,or in my one season on scholarship in college. All of our workouts were 400 or 200 meter repeats run significantly faster than race pace with long, standing or walking recovery between repeats. All speed, no strength. No wonder my one mile time was so good compared to my relatively mediocre two mile or cross country (5k) times. What I wouldn't do to go back in time and train the way these guys do.
