Hello everybody on the fourms, I would like to hear some advice relating to running 1:55 to 1:53 for the 800m, so far my training has been strength based and reply soley on working on my speed endurance but I need some further advice to add on to my training heading into my senior year. If anyone believe I can hit that range, please lemme know what I add on the training. Here are my overall stats..
400m(Open) - 50.79
400m(Relay) - 50.13
800m - 1:56.53
1500m - 4:12.89( 1 mile - 4:29.89)
***2000m steeplechase - 6:47.29
*** - Not relevant to the training
If anyone can provide me with some feedback or some advice on how to achieve these times, I would surely appreciate it.
