Rojo was talking about the DL in Birmingham and Jager not turning up for it, but it being more important to Kiputo for the "40 or 50k", which it isn't ("40 or 50k"), it's $10k.

So far Kipruto has racked up a 1st, 2nd and 3rd, so $20,000 (plus appearance money), if he wins the final he gets a "Diamond Trophy, USD 50'000 prize money and a wild card for the IAAF World Championships (certain conditions apply)."
Isn't he automatically qualified anyway being the reigning champion? Or is that only for the Olympics? But yes, denying a diamond league win to others and being top 3 at trials would guarantee that not more than 3 Kenyans would be there next year.
Well the meeting was weak for diamond league standards, looked like it was a wind issue?

Of course, history shows that, generally, European athletes who do well at the European Games don't perform up to their usual standard in the first Diamond League meeting after the games.
Dina for example, spent most of the week in a media frenzy.
This morning, for instance, I picked up a Sunday newspaper and there is a full page advert with Dina advertising Yogurt.
And, I bet that advert was created since Dina got back from Berlin.
BUT, come the Diamond League finals, things will be back to normal.
