Here are my 4 picks, in no particular order since it's early.
NAU - They return a lot, and were so impressive last year. Adding Brodey Hasty helps (I know he's probably not going to be a CC 10k natural), but they may not even need him, which is scary.
Wisconsin - They redshirted their studs, the national meet is at home, and they've been hated on for the past several years. It's their time. Almost too perfect.
Alabama - They bring back their 3 low sticks, and it sounds like they added 2 more. Honestly, they probably "only" needed to add two top ~100 guys to get on the podium.
Colorado - They have some young guys getting developed. And they have been somewhat disappointing the last 2 years. After winning the title in back to back years, and then getting 2nd to Syracuse's Herculean effort. Wetmore is due to get back on that podium, I think.
Those are my early picks. I assume BYU, Portland, and others are certainly in the mix again, but those are my choices for now.
