Dried apricots, pumpkin seeds, molasses, lentils, spinach, black beans and kidney beans. You do need to cook the lentils, spinach, black beans and kidney beans to get max iron.

Using an iron skillet can increase iron content in foods substantially. Acidic foods like apple sauce absorb the most.
Liquid ferrous sulfate + orange juice
Proferrin. It's a heme iron supplement. Most iron supplements are not. I've had iron absorption issues for a long time and of the many different types of (oral) iron supplements that I've tried, proferrin has worked the best.
I agree with the other poster who said Floradix. The liquid version is great.
