2nd week back for me from a minor injury
Mon - AM: 7 mi @ 8:20
PM: 5k on course barefoot w/ team
Tues - 4.7 mi @ 8:30
Wed - AM: 9 mi @ 8:00 with 20 min 5k tempo in the middle
PM: 3 mi @ 7:40
Thurs - 10 mi @ 8:30
Fri - 5.5 mi @ 9:15
Sat - AM: 1.5 mi @ 7:30
PM: 14 mi @ 7:56
Sun - OFF
Total ~ 55 - 60 mi
Good for being the second week back. starting to feel good again, looking forward to team camp out soon. Hope everyone else is doing good!

Oop looks like I got this one in late. But here's my training:
M: off/ cross training ( swimming) if that counts
T: 2 200s at 3kish pace w 200 jog inbetween then 2 400s w 400 jog inbetween (@ same pace) Then a little rest and 2 800s at 5 kish pace w 2-3 min rest between each one. Then a rest and a one or two ( I forgot ) 200s at 3k pace.
W: off / again if swimming counts but idk if it does
T: A few uphill sprints/ fast runs with a walk down recovery. about 6 or7 times a minute on a minute off on grass track this time.
F: off / cross train( if that matters swimming)
S: a 14 kish run around my neighbourhood streets. It was hot n hilly.
S: off. After yesterday's long run.
Hopefully, I will get a PR soon because I've lost so so much fitness and I'm tryin' to get it back.

First of all, thank you NWA, I've been super busy lately and forgot about the thread! I appreciate you posting it this week.
My training went like this:
Monday: workout + PM lifting
Easy to the hill
8x1min up the hill; 3 min recovery jog
8x30 sec up the hill; 2 min recovery jog
Easy run back
9 miles total. Killed this workout, felt sluggish but pushed through and went further up the hill than in past weeks
Tuesday: - 6 miles easy w/ my gf @7:25 pace
Wednesday: workout (fartlek)
Easy 2 miles
30 sec fast (4:30-4:45 pace), 30 recovery jog
1 min fast (4:45-4:50 pace), 1 min recovery jog
Finish easy to 8 miles
Thursday: easy 5 miles @7:10 + lift
Friday: 12 miles @7:00. Just a slower long run this week, nothing crazy, ran with some friends from another team as well as my own guys. Meant to just be an easy fun run
Saturday: 4 miles easy @7:15
Sunday: 5 miles easy @7:05
Total miles: 50
Starting to take the easy days slower so I can crush the hard days and recover better in between. Can't wait for the season to start!
