Me currently, but with even lower body fat. Currently at about 10%, but my dream would be around 3% body fat.
Sand Dunes has a killer bod - definitely dreamy
Dreamy like a ghastly apparition
I have a small frame. When I've felt my overall favorite is when I was at 5-9, 160, ~10-12% bf (that was in my 20s). Best for my lifestyle.
Currently about 9 lbs lighter and when I am in peak running shape I've been around 135 lbs. I've always picked trying to be in the either the best running shape or best shape for lifting. Trying to balance the two have always resulted in very sub optimal results for both. Instead of caring about body I've always more cared about the fitness routine I find more fun and what improvements feel more fun working towards (lifting PRs vs Age group wins). For the most part my preferred fitness routine is focusing on weights (even if I suck at them- just find it more enjoyable than 50 weekly miles) and sprinkling in easy trail runs ~ 10 miles a week and periodic sprints.
5’2” at 150 lbs
It’s for semi pro futbòl
Water Polo.
The figure used for the ideal Olympic body (outside the LA Coliseum?) was a water polo player.

I was thinking more like Katy Perry or a young Sarah Silverman.
I would have to say Bekele's body.
Couple inches taller with broader shoulders and a bit more muscle. I have a good body shape and muscle tone but im 5'10 160lbs. Could be worse.
Slightly larger head (have a rather a pin-head for my body size), slightly longer-and-tapered torso, and more ability to develop upper-body muscle-- can get stronger, but not bulk.
Otherwise, no real issues with back, feet, and legs-- thank goodness.
One that never hurts for no apparent reason.
Structurally sound, robust immune system, extremely healthy in every way.

Haha. You want to look like I do. Meanwhile, I wish I was more physically prepossessing than I am. It never ends!
Seriously, let's all just exercise, pray for good health and remain thankful for our days on earth.

Pics?
Something like Christian Bale in The Machinist. I could PR in trainers with that kind of bod.
I'd literally have to be 10 pounds lighter than my marathon weight and I'd be gaunt like him...
Caster Semenya..... that way when someone tells me to go F myself, I will have the equipment to do so.

I think Herschel Walker may have that body right now. I wouldn’t necessarily want to look like him (quite big) but he is incredibly healthy and apparently eats once per day. A salad and some chicken. He weighs about 225 of solid muscle. How he maintains that physique off so little food seems to define physical laws. But there you go.
I’d settle for having his gut flora!
