NOP will be on the medal stand in close to all mens AND womens distance events!
M 800: Murphy
M 1500: Centro, hopefully Engels gets in the final and gives it a shot
M 5000: Kejelcha. Jenkins kind of a stretch but isn't impossible.
M 10K: Kejelcha.
Marathon: Galen and maybe Suguru steps up
W 1500: Sifan
W 5000: Sifan
W 10,000: Rowbury with the come back?
Marathon: Jordan
Jenkins is a stretch, he'll need more consistent races at 13:00-13:05, he has decent 1500m speed though
Kijelcha could possibly do well at 10k, but he's so good at 3k (double gold indoor medallist) and he's run 3:32, who knows, maybe he has range
I could see Suguru medalling honestly, it would require some of the E Africans flaking, but he's solid and underrated, depends on his response to the conditions
Sifan will get double medals, she's on fire and will only get better
Rowbury's only shot is the 5k, but it's a stretch, similar to Jenkins, but her experience could easily get her in the top 8 at least
Hasay can definitely medal if she's having a good day, again, like Suguru, E Africans will have to flake, but she runs good in heat and Salazar will prepare her well
