I am a boy going into my sophomore year of high school. Last year I ran sprints for my team and lettered as a freshman. However, I am quitting football and I need some type of other training. Could you please give me suggestions (my coach wants me to to XC) on what I can do. My coach also thinks I would also be a good 400/800 runner. Would I? My PRs are listed below.
