There is no answer. People have run marathons in the low 2:20s off of that kind of training. You most likely won't do, most don't, that but there's only one way to find out.
It depends on the volume you are doing now and you plan to do then. If you don't run much at the moment, and you plan to do a lot of these miles, maybe a hundred or more each week, it can help to improve your performances a lot. But it would be far from the optimal result which you could get with good structured training. And 2-3 month is quite short. So don't be dissappointed...
