A self-timed 30m is meaningless in terms of precision. Who cares anyway assuming you're a distance runner?
it was not self-timed, I also do not run distance.... so there's that

Stop being a creepy prick
I don’t really think 30m time matters too much. It showcases your explosiveness but is hard to predict what your other times over other distances would correlate to. Also, if your start sucks, it can lead to a slow time.
4.6 isn’t bad, what do your other times look like?
Trash compared to what?
What event do you run? What are you times in those events? What are your goals? Was this a FAT 30? Timing gates? Flying 30? Felt like a legitimately 100% effort? End of a workout?
If it's a FAT 30m, it equates to a pretty substantial 100m . 4.6 for a FAT 30m is about 12 flat for 100m.
If it is a flying 30, it equates to about a 16 second 100m.

Golf clap
Flying or standing? Was it a timing system? Or a coach timing you? #sprinterscompendium
