This doped kid will be 18 in a month. He ran 13:17. Kipchoge ran 12;52 in 2003 when he was 18. Hopefully next month when this irritating kid turns 18, all the rednecks let’s runners here will stop drooling all over him.
The performances of Jakob make me less cynical to Africans potentially doping. You train like a savage from an early age and you reap the rewards. Most westerners are too soft. The aim of the game is to push the body to the limit. If you're not prepared to do that then choose a different sport. Sure burnout and injury are always a risk buts that's the nature of the beast.
Look at a sport like swimming where the US is dominant. The mentality is different. Training like a savage from an early age is the norm. 13 year olds up at 5am racking up the hours in the pool.

You and my Dad who smokes a pack of cigarettes a day, belive all anyone has to do is train hard to make an olympic team. I suggest for once in your life YOU "push your body to the limit" and see how close you can get to any womans world record.

Agree with this, most hs teams especially are too soft and lack motivation
I know some guys on the one team near me I train with who got motivated and went from 18 minute guys to high 15s over the summer doin 80 miles a week
Not necessarily that extreme for everyone, but even on let’s run we bash kids running good young or training hard, you don’t get anywhere not doin that. If you have a goal you might hit with a slim chance if you give your best at that chance you have it, if you don’t try you’ll never hit either way

Abjectly false. Kipchoge was several years over his stated age when he won gold in '03, and was already loaded up by the Italian engineers of Kenyan distance running. Same story for Koech, Kwemoi, Kejelcha, Gebriwet, and every single other E. African "junior" phenom.
Right, and today he must be a 50 year guy running 2:03, makes sense.

I wouldn't doubt it, look at Bernard Lagat.
Jakob ran 70-100 km per week when age 11 . He has been training smart and not going over the limits. Of course he is a fantastic talent but most of his success spells T-R-E-S-H-O-L-D . That`s the main factor why he and his brothers ( and now an age 12 sister) are so good. LT-intervals or cruise intervals as we use to call them are used by many great runners threw history. The Portuguese wonder and the Italians back in -80, -90 also used LT-intervals even if it was not called that back then in their systems. All my runners use them and also the very best Kenyan runners like Kipchoge and Kamworor.
The speed peptide igf-1 lr3
works its wonders again.
As it does for older athlete as in lagat.
When oh when will people know truth
Funny you are talking about doping in nordic sports.
American Kerry Lynch was caught in 1987 for blood doping.
Do you know who his doping doctor was? His name is Shiffrin. He is the dad to the American Michela Shiffrin, olympic champion in alpine skiing.
It looks like USA has a long history of doping.

Is he really 17 or is he 25? If this was an African, everybody would be doubting his age claims.
Can't compare swimming with track
Necessary to start that young or
rarely make it to top .
Like gymnastics where not possible in some events unless start crazy young
to get nessary adaption .
Track different ,will break a kid
As nervous system not there yet
Read charlie Francis take on it. .
This is further evidence that his nervous system is different to handle load
As in the dope de jeur , igf-1 allows this
Same with all these young fast sprinters
Being made or unnatural progression
Forced and not natural .Wake up
Seriously Wake up to just how dirty
Track is and all IAAF wada enabled.
All of the Norwegians need to report to the testing tent right away.

Wait, let me write that down.

This family is on a program.
Deny as much as you like.
One of them will get snagged and then it’s a house of cards.

Well I kinda train a couple hours a day and I’m within a couple seconds of the women’s 800 and 1500 records, and I’d consider my training extremely minimal and pretty easy (40-45 mpw, 2 easy workouts). If I trained intelligently and very hard for several years from a young age with good aerobic development as a kid, I might not be too bad. I wouldn’t be an Olympian but I bet I’d be good.
So I think it’s somewhat correct what he says.
