Adidas Boston Boost?

Too light. The Adidas tempo might be closer but I’ve never tried it specifically
The Boston is closer to the Elite. The Supernova/Solar Glide seems more similar to the Pegasus. The Saucony Ride is the comp in that line. I’m not familiar enough with any other lines to comment.

Supernova is the same in that it’s a cushioned trainer meant for easy miles but it’s heavier and slower (albeit more cushioned) than the Pegasus.
Especially the newer few Pegasus modes. I hear the Saucony ride is similar.

I have Tempos and Pegs, and the Pegs definitely feel like more shoe.
I think Brooks Ghost is similar.
Same. Definitely think the Tempos are less shoe than the Pegs despite the stability features. Lighter and firmer, and feel lower to the ground for sure. Doesn't seem like Adidas makes a direct competitor to the Peg, though the Supernova is likely what they'd call their classic neutral cushioned daily trainer. Both the Supernova and Solar Glide seem to compete more with the Vomero in terms of weight and cushion (and price).
Pegs are neutral, fairly light weight (9.4 oz in a 9, according to running warehouse), traditional drop (28/18 stack heights) at a $120 price point. They used to be squishy, but they're firmer now. Other neutral shoes that you'd probably also look at if you're in the market--
Asics Cumulus (10.1 oz, 29/19, $120)
Brooks Ghost (10.1 oz, 29/17, $120)
Mizuno Wave Rider (10.1 oz, 30/18, $120)
New Balance 890v6 (9.6 oz, 27/21, $110) -- though I guess someone might also look at Fresh Foam Beacons now that they're out.
Saucony Ride (9.8 oz, 29/21, $120)
Skechers Go Run Ride 7 (9.4oz, 30/24, $90)
Back in the day when the Pegasus first came out I had a few pairs of them. They were a great training shoe. The Columbia was a good shoe as well and I also ran a lot in those.
Now that I'm a post competitive runner, and only run a fraction of what I used to at a pace that is well, what my jog pace was between intervals, I run in Brooks. It helps that there is a factory outlet near where I live and the twice annual truck sales are awesome! The models I like are the Trance and Adrenaline although they have discontinued the Trance model.
Brooks Launch?
This is an interesting question and the other day I had the impression that there really is one shoe for most brands that most people run in. Not that simplistic, but not that far off.
The LetsRun users seem to favor basic neutral trainers that don't cost an arm and a leg.
So I went to the LRC shoe finder and just sorted by # of Reviews to see what I found and among the most reviewed shoes for each brand you could find a shoe that wasn't that different from the Pegasus.
Brooks Ghost 10 is most popular but Launch is a possibility as Sand Dunes said.

Hoka One One
Clifton 4 Hoka are a bit unique but this is more like Pegasus than you'd think

Saucony had 2 options the Kinvara or the Freedom ISO
Kinvara is lighter than Pegasus while the Freedom ISO has the durable foam and is more expensive. I'd say most would probably side with the Kinvara.

adidas- not so sure which it is Supernova, adizero Boston or energy boost

Mizuno- Wave Rider

New Balance -Fresh Foam Zante is most reviewed but is lighter than Pegasus

1080 might be more like it
https://www.letsrun.com/shoes/new-balance/1080-v8
Skechers Go Run Ride is most popular
https://www.letsrun.com/shoes/skechers/go-run-ride-7
Asics-Cumulus is most similar ? DS Trainer used to be popular on Letsrun but has tailed off.
I was going off of this sorted list

Dude, I think you need to buy special running shoes from professional athletic equipment manufacturers. It's the right thing to do. Always choose shoes from people who specialize in specific tasks. For example, for those who work a lot at a hard job with interaction with the street or weather conditions, it is better to look out for boots rather than sneakers. Perhaps there are those here who have been looking for such for a long time, then it will be useful for you to look at men’s work boots Canada. Do you run professionally or amateur in morning jogging?
