I know everyone always brings up cadence and stride length but to me limiting contact time with the ground seems to be ignored. If you look at pictures of the faster runners they are often airborne but when I look at my post race photos its rare that I have both feet off the ground.
What drills and adjustments can runners make to become more airborne while running?
