i would guess 34:30 off the workout and 35:30 off the PRs
I miss 10k's. I remember when the 10k was what the 5k is now.

I'd struggle to do that and I've run 33:35. You can break 33 or get very close I think.

Thx for your feedback - I hope you'r right.
Course was Pittsburgh half marathon - about 700-800ft elevation I believe. I ran it in May and I am in better shape now though.
Have you run it yet?
