I went for a pretty good run yesterday and did some pullups and dips and now I'm recovering. but i really wanna workout some more, im thinking of learning how to do hand stand pushups got any dips?

just chillin brotatochip, i watched avengers infinity war. was pretty entertaining but not sure what to make of the ending holy crap lol. I want to workout too but thinking maybe I should do some low impact stuff today, I had some burgers and potatoes awhile ago.
My workout plan:
am 8-12 kilometer jog
pm 16-20 kilometer hilly fartlek run
what actually happened:
slept in because my roommates were loud last night.
pm got off work late now I'm going to go off for a easy 16 kilometer run after my dinner digest.
Gonna take a few sleeping pills, drink a 24 ounce lager and chow down on some leftover chinese takeout. Gonna put on some Netflix horror movie...
My mouth will literally be dry as fried rice when I wake up.
did 4 miles 7:07 pace this afternoon. Going to do about 10 miles in two or so hours at the same pace, possibly a bit slower.
Started Keto diet a few weeks ago and my stamina has gone down temporarily until I get "fat adapted" around 6 weeks. Played bball today in 80 degree humid weather and had no endurance.
