I am a junior and about to have my 2 mile xc time trial tomorrow. Do you think I can break 12 minutes?
Here are my stats:
800: 2:26 (was sick and missed majority of season)
3200: never ran
1600: 5:20
5000 xc: 19:30
2 mile: 13:40 (beginning of season with no running over summer)
Training:
35-40 mpw at 7:30-8:40 pace
Workouts:
Haven't done too much, only did 3-5 workouts
Only did 2x6 hill sprints over 200m hill
Fartleks: 3 minutes on 1 minute off for 6 sets
