Is this even plausible to consider finishing as a high school runner (***given my PR's below***)? He did say, and I quote, "I want you to be vomiting this Friday."

Have done about 40-60 miles/week during last year's XC season and this past track season, up to now.

That's a hard workout, but it is not IMPOSSIBLE. Albeit, I had a faster 400 and 800 PR, I did a similar workout several times a year. Based on your PRs from last season, now that you are older and assuming stronger, you should be able to do that workout. However, it looks like a workout that's better suited for the middle of the season as opposed to the summer. With that said, as an athlete, your job is to execute workouts to the best of your ability, your coach probably knows things that you and none of us does. (Have confidence in your coach.) Hopefully, you have the ability to go easy the day before and you will get through it.
