i am a high schooler in summer training (going into 12th grade)
So far my mileage per week has gone
30 for the first week, 32 for the second week, 26 for the 3rd week, 16 for the 4th week, and 35 this current week.
The low mileage from the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th weeks was because I was sick.
I want to do 40, then 45, then 50 for my remaining 3 weeks, but I am anxious that I might be building up mileage too fast...
Does anyone have advice about what I should do, and how much mileage I should run the in the following 3 weeks?
