Have any of you broken lifetime PRs after 50yrs old?
I am not talking about newcomers, but those who have run for a lengthy period of time.
I am a few years from being 50 now and feel that I have never fulfilled my potential and can get significantly faster. I have the time and inclination to train hard. I would dearly love to break my PRs at all distances from 5k to the marathon and keep improving for the next few years into my 50s.
Marathon is my main event and I am looking to run low 2:30s.
Has anybody else set similar lifetime PRs in their 50s?
