Let me guess, the consensus opinion on this forum will be no.
I did not read the article but how does Serena know that she gets tested the most?

From the article: Figures from the United States Anti-Doping Agency show Williams has been tested more than any other tennis player so far in 2018.
I'm too lazy to look up previous years, but she has mentioned this before. The tests are not secret.

From her experience being tested 5 times in one month, especially coming off childbirth is excessive
Isn't Galen Rupp tested more than anyone in track?
Early July Federer said he had been tested 7 times in the last MONTH. Yeah, I know he's not American but she's full of it.

Here on Letsrun success is proof of cheating. If I was Serena I would welcome excessive testing so when I tell the accusers to F-off, it will carry more weight.

That's because with success in any sport comes millions of dollars, and people will cheat for that reason.
I feel like it's more to do with the fact that she is the best?
Serena is a big outlier on power on the tour. Her second serve is harder than many players' first serve. Her first serve speed is above average for the men's tour. On the baseline, she can hit with power shot after shot after shot. The only one on the tour who is close to Serena on power is . . . Sharapova. And Sharapova is about a half foot taller.

Was not Sharapova busted for PEDs a while ago? Meldonium or something?

This is an example of why we don't like her and I actively root for her to lose in the first round of every tournament. She's not a good person.
Lance Armstrong called. He wants his doping excuse back.
Centrowitz was the most tested TF athlete leading into Rio.
But the USADA database is open to the public so you can see who has been tested and how many times in a given time period.
Based on 2018 data, Lopez Lomong and Ajee Wilson were the most tested athletes of the year so far, with 10 tests each (4 in 2018 Q2), followed by Justin Gatlin (9), Allyson Felix (8), and Galen Rupp (8).
She is the biggest crybaby of all time.

Off topic, but what race is that a picture of with Centro, Felix, and Rupp all running together?

According to Jose Canseco, it's possible to control how big you want to be from steroids. I believe that Serena has an extra 10-20 pounds of muscle that's not doing her any good.
Before I form an opinion on the Williams situation, does anyone know if top athletes are supposed to have more out of competition testing than lower level athletes? (Of course, in competition would likely depend on how often one competes and how well he/she does.)
Also, are all sports governed by the same rules or is athletics different from tennis, golf, and other sports that WADA oversees?
Thanks to anyone who can provide some facts.
