So here's my story..
8 days ago i was so tired so i decided to take 2 days off. Because i also had a 5k race 3 days later. But on the same day of the race i had very weak legs. Just an overall weak feeling. I try to race anyway but stopped at the 2 mile mark. I've taken 4 days off but still have that feeling. Resting heartrate normal, not tired anymore. Can somebody help me out whats wrong with me ?
