So sometimes during my runs I’m not feeling the best because I either ate poorly or didn’t eat enough and I end up stopping for a couple of min at a time a few times a run I have been doing 70 a week and it’s not the mileage that is killing me Because an average run I can do at 7 pace easily without stopping usually this is my night time run after I’ve eaten let’s say a ribeye sandwich or something like that but in the morning I may have eaten a protein bar and drank some water and I head out and I feel like crap I maintain usually 7:30 pace but I stop I a lot so I’m curious as to how much that affects my training in the long run thanks
