hi guys,
so im training to join the marines ive got my pjft in a month.
it consists of 1.5 mile in 12.30 1 min rest then 1.5 mile 10:30.
im struggling to get the second 1.5 mile.
Ive sort of just been doing sprints of 400m x6 1 min rest
I do each split at 1:25 - 1:40 twice a week.
my mile time is 7:33 done this a day after interval session
my legs get to tired to complete 3 miles.
can anyone help me.
