PLEASe GIVE ME ADVICE!
maybe two weeks ago i was warming up around a grass feild a few minutes in and on a turn my knee starts a really sharp pain- so much so that i cant walk or run for a minute or so, I start to walk home and it felt better- like pretty much 100% so i just went on my run
A few days after that and it hadnt been hurting on runs but I wake up and it was very swollen and hurt to walk (this was last thursday)
so I dont run that day and by the end of the day it feels a little better, on friday it hurt the first few minutes of my run and same withe Saturday and sunday and monday. their are sudden pains sometimes along the run if i land to hard and i have sharp pains if i walk and hit my feet of the ground- my knee feels a little waek and flimsy kinda- if i bend it in the wrong direction there is sometimes a sharp pain
today and yesterday it hurts a lot to run a ran a mile yesterday and only a few steps today and i have to favor it so much otherwise there is a very sharp pain and it gives out. even when i favor it it hurts but not as bad so maybe if i run longer it will fade like before? It is definently worse that before.
the pain feels like it is mainly on the top and outside of my knee (but its kinda hard to pinpoint) upon impact or landing weird especially
what should i do?
