Yeah you can't sustain for that long man, based on sleep studies our cycles are 90 minutes for sleep. Although at 5.5 a quick 30 minute nap might do you wonders.

I've increased my omega 3s, by taking more fish oil and eating fish plus trying to eat am avocado a day and some all natty pb (legume I know)
