I just came back from a one week holiday which means I haven't run for a whole week! The holiday was in snow so that means I definitely couldn't run in the snow. Yesterday when I trained again I felt terrible. All I did was two 800s at xc/3k pace & two and a half 400s at same pace & two 200s at the same pace with only 30 sec recovery between the 200s. I was meant to do much more but I just couldn't though normally I could do everything. Also, it was cold & dark. I feel like I've forgotten how to run! Any tips, suggestions? Anybody else going through this? Anybody know what is wrong with me?
