Trying to figure out how to get better at hills in cross as thats always been my weakness. I'm 6-1 and 155 lbs. I'm mostly a mod distance runner with 800 and mile as my best events. 1:56 and 4:25.
If you can put down your height/weight and main events and PRs and how well you handle hills thatd be great
Or how have you gotten better at hills during the middle of a cross country race cause I want this to be my strength now
