Starting to break down. How many more miles can I get out of them?

I’ve only tried one Hoka shoe ever and it was the bondi 4. Hated it so idk if I’ll ever get another Hoka shoe.
Hoka Bondi only work for above average runners. As an average runner, you should continue to buy the nike pegasus at your local Dick's sporting goods.
I bought a pair of Clifton 3 last August that now have 850 miles on them. I might say that i like them better now because they are less marshmellowy and I have worn off some of the rocker. They still have plenty of rubber left. Maybe I could also get 400 more miles too? Was going to dump 'em when the napali went on sale.
What? Aren't running shoes only rated up to about 500 miles?
Probably wore Keds as a kid wrote:

Probably not too many non sponsored guys who train in Hokas who have run 1:52. Hoka probably has other good shoes, but the Bondi were trash.

That's not a bad half marathon time. Most of the non sponsored guys training in Hokas can run under 1:30.

Let me guess...you get your oil changed every 3000 miles like Jiffy Lube tells you to, only consume non GMO foods and get your flu shot every year, too

Actually wrong on all counts. I usually get the oil changed about every 7,500 miles, eat whatever is a decent price, and only get flu shots because I have young kids. Otherwise I never get them
I’ve enjoyed the Clifton and Challengers, but after buying Bondis I had heel pieces fall off the shoes almost immediately.
A little speedwork could get you to 1:44 wrote:

Ain’t no one running that far in 58 seconds holmes
That’s quite impressive that many miles on one pair of shoes at 10 min per mile pace.

I have the Bondi 4 and 5. I like both but the 5 is more of a 'normal' shoe. Can't wear anything else now...

Sadly it's about 8:30 pace. The days of cruising along at 6:00 pace are long gone. Training for ultras so my pace is a lot slower than 3 years ago when I was racing one mile to half marathons on the road.

So glad your name tipped me off before I ripped into you.
Useless post without pics, let's see how they look after 1200! I think it's great by the way,
