    Any concerns about toxicity? I am concerned about fluids. Maybe I should be taking salt tablets or drinking electrolytes.

    Talk to your doc. Maybe lower your dosage if you're sweating a lot.

    Having prescribed it for years, the main thing is to remain normally hydrated, whatever that takes on any particular occasion.

    And remember not to take anti-inflammatories, as they push the level up.

    I feel for ya brother. I was on lithium awhile back for a year,before I found alternate ways to control my bipolarity. Made me feel terrrrrible. Like a zombie.

    Def stay very well hydrated, and eat healthy.
