Soget's running style appears inefficient and wasteful. If he can only develop a more efficient running style...............

Jakob is the real under 20 winner, as we all know these east Africans at the U20 games are at least in their mid to late 20s.
The father of the Manangoi brothers has sired 27 children. Can you imagine if there were 27 Ingebrigtsens?
He was also a 400m rival of David Rudisha's father.

Jesus, that is insane. Image if Alan Webb fathered two dozen children how dominant America would be in distance running.
I was just amazed at all the empty seats on the backstretch and around the turns.

Why specifically mid to late 20s? Why not early 20s? What data led you to your position? Explain how you got where you are.
Terrific race. They were through 700m around 1:51 and finished in 3:41, meaning that they finished the last 800m in 1:50, awfully good. Tefera faded off the back because he started to go very hard too early. They were at 2:05 at 800m, did the next lap in 55 seconds with Tefera leading and then closed in 40. Last 400m was just under 53 for Manangoi and just over 53 for Ingebrigtsen. Clicking a link posted by coevett led to a bad site, so don't do that. Manangoi was in a bad position and then went around Ingebrigtsen, who was totally focused on Soget on the inside and didn't see Manangoi until he was going by on the outside and it was too late to shift gears at that point. But Manangoi might well have won anyway. The four best guys, Tefera, Manangoi, Ingebrigtsen, and Soget, are all clearly 3:31-32 caliber right now. As for ages, the Ethiopians look quite a bit older than the others, the Europeans and American all looked their stated ages, Soget to me looked a bit younger than Manangoi, neither of them particularly old, but I wouldn't be surprised if Manangoi is already 20 or 21.

Well here he is allegedly aged 16 years and 4 months (April 2017) :

Errr...YouTube a bad site???
Manangoi and Soget are cheats. Props to Jakob and the legit athletes. Hope to see this meet cleaned up in the future.
Sad thing is, there are probably a couple of clean 17-year-old kids in Kenya that could run 3:39 or whatever. But 25-year-old science experiments will always be chosen for this meet in their stead.
Nice hairline, Manangoi.

Actually, I got that wrong. He's actually sired 35 children. It's no wonder the Kenyan population is doubling every 20 years and that they can't keep track of birth certificates.
https://www.iaaf.org/news/feature/elijah-manangoi-kenya-1500-metresThe hate/racism oozing on you americans(white) due to Kenyan success is unrivaled. I know the hate is more at this time because USA has a DONUT(0 Gold). Well i guess the gold's will eventually come, I think about 4 gold by the end of the under 20, which is very poor.

That's Elijah, genius.
And this is George from May this year. I know you think all black people look alike but, seriously?

I'm not saying neither of them are age cheats (I have no actual way of knowing and judging ages is hard), but the hairline argument is worthless. Look at Zahara Jolie-Pitt, her hairline is practically at the top of her head, she's still a kid.
