Hide a towel somewhere while you run a loop? Wrist band? Pull your singlet up to wipe your face during your run? Let it drip?

I just use my T-Shirt.
I run in the woods so I just let the flies lick the sweat off my face.
Running hat - problem solved.
I used to be against them. Now I never run without one.
Start run & when I start sweating I take my shirt off and wrap around my left hand. Then use it to wipe my face.
Wrist band

+1
In the summer my sweat turns into battery acid. Without a hat I’ll be blind for the manority of a run.
Run higher than the 55th parallel. Too cold for sweating.
If you wanna win the internet this summer, you gotta have a sweat gutr. It's that good.

Normies may laugh, but they don't realize the amazing things you're doing.
Great question! First time I've seen this topic here.
The sweat-on-the-face thing is only a problem for me during the summer, which is a hot and humid time in Mississippi. Usually I just wipe my face with my singlet, but especially in runs lasting over an hour, that's not much of a solution, since the shirt, even when stripped off and squeezed out, is still damp-to-wet and doesn't absorb much.
Recently I've taken to running 8 miles on a closed 1.5 mile loop in a park, and for the first time, I station not just water bottles but a big beach towel at the spot where I stop at 3, 4.5, and 6 miles. Drink first, then wipe off the face, head, hands. That works.
A hat with a sweatband built in. Nike featherlight is a great option.
run faster and have the wind evaporate the sweat as you go.
Bald Floridian here, so I deal with this every single run from April through October, and plenty of runs in between.
My boy RunRinseRepeat from these boards sent me a Junk brand headband. It is a wicking material that absorbs tons of sweat and then you can pull it off while running, squeeze it mostly dry and put it back on. It works really well. I also wear a visor from time to time and often a cap.
Wearing a shirt in Florida is simply creating unnecessary laundry. It will be soaked through in a mile or two and be useless (and will chafe your nipples).
On days when I don't wear something, I just wipe and flick.
When it gets hot enough, I run in a 50/50 shirt which I use to wipe the sweat from my brow. Paradoxically I run shirtless in cooler weather than in a shirt. It might make me a little bit hotter, but the trade off is my vision, which is kind of important.
Of course just let it drip. if it is too salty and is stinging your eyes you have weak aerobic fitness and need to run more base miles to improve. As your fitness increases the salt content will naturally decrease and it will no longer sting your eyes.
Another vote for the headband. I use a headband on heavy sweat days or days when I will be sweating and wearing sunglasses. On the lighter sweat days it is wipe and flick. The trick to the headband is to be sure wear it lower in the back than at the front. That way when it becomes over saturated it will drip down the back and not in your face. That saves you from having to wring it out. Success with this may depend in the material used or the headband so YMMV.
Interesting responses so far...
I normally just squeegee sweat with my finger from my eyebrow to bottom of closed eye, then puff up my eyebrows (brush against regular direction) so they collect more & repeat.
I wear hats some but not in the summer, too hot for the head

You wear a headband, obviously. I prefer the Buff Fastwick.
If you are sweating you are over-training
