Racing flat for 5km- HM?

    Hi,

    I’m looking for a racing flat for 5km-HM, I usually run my easy miles in the Saucony Guide 10s and faster stuff in Nike Pegasus. I also use the Nike Matumbo 3s for track and Brooks Mach 18 for XC.

    The only ‘injury’ problems I’ve had was about 1 year ago with brief knee pain which I attributed to ASICS cumulus 18s as when I stopped running in these it went.

    So far I am stuck between buying the Adidas Adios 3, Nike Streak LT4 or New Balance 1500 but any other recommendations would be welcome.

    Adios and 1500 too much heel for a half or less .
