I know dude, its shocking. I ran 1.14 back in october 2017 and ran the london marathon this year in 3.07. I had very very little training after november 2017 carrying probably a total of 20 miles a week just due to being lazy. It really slapped me in the face going through the first half of the marathon in 1.22 then the next half in 1.45.
Was really disappointed but highly expected.
