I could run the 100 miles.
I could do the overhead press with a few weeks of training. I don't lift a lot now, but I use too. So, the muscle memory would kick in.
Swimming would be the toughest for me, I think I could do it with some training.
This is the manliest triathlon ever. They should do this at the cross fit games.
How I would train for it:
Mon-Friday 90-120 minute run
Weds: 20 x 400
Saturday:race or 4 x mile
Sunday 3+ hour jog
Finish every run with 10 sets of body weight pull ups and dips.
And on mon, wed and Fri I would do a powerlifting workout.
Swimming, I would just swim one hour ever morning.

Over head press 5 x 3-5
Weighted dips 3 x 3
Bench 5 x 5
Weighted pull ups 3 x 3
Back squat 5 x 5
Front squat 5 x 5
Deadlift 5 x 5
Stiff leg deadlift 3 x 5
