Hi,
I have just done 4 x 1 mile with 2min standing rest in 4:51, 4:53,4:48,4:50.
What can I run for a flat road 5k off of this workout?

15:20
Maybe little quicker, but 15:20 sounds about right with the little information that's here.
Probably 15:00 or so. Possibly as fast as 14:50.

Not a chance, 15:20 is more likely.

You do not understand the sport. Of course it helps me that I am smarter than you. IF he is one of those unfortunate lads who races his workouts, perhaps you are right. IF he is a racer, no doubt I am correct.

I agree, that workout would put me at about 14:50.
