Goal race is less than a month out, still have time for 5 or 6 solid workouts. Goal pace 6:26.
Some stuff I've done lately:
6x800 at 6:10 pace with 400m jog rest
4x1200 at 6:10 pace with 400m jog rest
5x1000 at goal pace with 200m jog rest
2x2mile tempo (off 2:00) at 6:45 plus 4 hill surges
3x3k tempo. (Off 90 sec) at 6:45 plus 4x200
